Hilton Head is a relaxing resort with lots of activities (love the lawn games they have throughout the resort!), but it's not in the best location if you came to HHI for the beach. From DIsney's HHI you have to take a shuttle to and from the beach (whereas many other resorts on HHI have direct beach access). However, if you're looking for a resort away from the hustle and bustle of the island, Disney's HHI could be a good option!

The view of the harbor/marsh is pretty, but there's no way to guarantee a harbor/marsh view room since it's not a bookable category. The food options aren't the best, but there are other options within walking distance or a short drive away.

Also, the Cast Members are so nice here and the studios are the largest of all the DVC resorts!

Bottom line, it's a relaxing resort, but I don't think it's that special compared to some other resorts on HHI.
